In order to upload files from your computer to a remote system you have to do the following:

1. Select the files for upload (create a file transfer set).
2. Click on the Transfer Manager button in the main window or on the View menu click View Transfer Manager
3. Click on Start button in the Transfer Manager window.

Note: you can both upload and download files at the same time.
